The breakfast was a nice spread with the waffle-maker being super popular. Additionally, the size of the room felt like a mini-apartment and the water pressure of the shower was the BEST we ever had. Lastly, and most importantly, it was close to the American Dream complex.

The rooms and facility were very clean, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfy and there was plenty of room. The cabinets in my room were showing some wear, and it looked like there had been a big chemical spill at the bottom of the bathroom cabinet that warped it. Overall, it had a nice room

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 4 kids for a week. The rooms were spacious and gave us all enough space that we weren't on top of one another. The room was clean and the set up was beyond what I expected. The staff were all wonderful and attentive. I had added an extra day to my stay and they explained what I needed to do when one booking ended and the other picked up. The hotel had a pool and complimentary breakfast which was really nice. The location is perfect, we visited the beach which was only an hour away and the American dream mall which was 6 minutes away. The hotel is also only a 20 ish minute drive to NYC.

The hotel was extremely clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with many options. The pool & hot tub were clean and relaxing; when we went to the pool area, there were only 3 other people in there. The hotel room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a nice kitchenette area with full-sized fridge, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, etc. There is a bus stop right across the street where you can get on a bus to take you right into Times Square (The Port Authority bus/subway terminal), and the clerk at the front desk gave us the bus schedule upon check-in. Absolutely perfect!

The check in and check out was simple. The breakfast was good with good variety, even for my picky toddler. My husband enjoyed the fitness area and we really liked the pool and whirlpool jacuzzi. It was very clean and we wanted to make them aware one of the closet doors was off the hinges and they sent someone up immediately to fix it. The hotel was also so close to the American dream mall which is why we were there to celebrate our sons 3rd birthday. Will definitely stay here next time we come back for the mall!

I didn't bother with the breakfast so I can't comment on that other than it was great that it was included. It was SO close to Metlife stadium. So convenient to concert there. I didn't know how to operate the TV or coffee maker. They had an employee who comes to your room to show you how to operate things. The gentleman at the front desk was stellar!! Went outside with me to show me where I could take my dog to go potty. My GPS battery ran out on the way home from the concert and I was lost. He drove to where I was and allowed me to follow him back to the hotel. Now THAT is customer service!!!!!! I will definitely stay there again should I go to another event at Metlife.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was 6 minutes away from American Dream Mall which was where we booked all of our activities so that was great. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a fantastic job as well. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. Everything was well maintained and clean as well.

You can walk to the stadium through the Casino parking (google map it first, as there are places you cannot walk like the highway). For our event, the hotel charged 25USD for shuttle there and back, but we walked anyway.

Check-in was a breeze. The location was a perfect distance from the attractions. Dining room was nice and clean. I enjoyed the fact that the fitness center was 24hrs.

The room was large and comfortable, similar to other Residence Inns I've stayed at. The full-sized kitchen would be great for longer stays. Since we were only there for one night, it wasn't particularly needed. Comfortable bed, lots of room to relax.
